FAQ

Are you insured?

  • Yes, I am insured.

What do I need to bring with my dog if they are staying with you?

  • If your dog will be staying with me in my home, your dog will need to have proof of rabies vaccine and Bordetella unless exempt by a Veterinarian. I have beds, food and water bowls, toys, and other necessities. I ask that you bring enough food for your dog for the duration of their stay. You may bring their crate if they have one, bring their medication, and write down important directions you would like me to follow.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • I accept Venmo, cash, or check.

What breeds of dogs will you watch?

  • I do not breed discriminate whatsoever. I will watch any breed of dog. If you have a pet that is not friendly with foreign animals, then it would not be a good fit to host them at my home as I have a dog. I would of course watch them at your home.

Will you watch exotic animals (snakes, rodents, birds, etc.)?

  • Yes I will! I have fish, have had amphibians, and have vast knowledge on reptiles and other exotic pets. I do not have rates listed for these pets but will come up with a rate that is agreeable for you and myself based on the type of pet, the size, and the pet's needs.

What are your typical rates?

  • See services for my rates. For special requests and circumstances, check with me directly through my contact page.

Are you available for extended stays?

  • I will currently watch animals for up to twelve days at a time. For anything longer we can discuss availability and the needs of the animal(s),

Do you offer anything apart from dog sitting and walking?

  • I am happy to trim nails on your dogs or cats for a small fee. Check with me for any special requests or services through my contact page.

If my pet destroys, breaks something, or makes a mess in your home will I be charged for it?

  • Of course not! Animals will be animals, especially in a new and unusual place. I assume all liability in these instances and place no blame on the animal, or you.
